This job came in via a managing agent that looks after properties in west London. The Siegenia sliding door was in a bit of a mess, this system is now discontinued which we do have some spares but it is very hard to get parts, the bottom sliding bogies link bar had separated so one side of the door didn't know what the other side was doing and was not pulling both sides in, to go into the locked position or tilt only position, both sliding bogies were loose and needed new fixings and the door had dropped (the door dropping was probably the easiest fix as it is adjustable via the sliding bogies), full door service and a lot of re-alignment was the the fix for this door, no parts needed and a happy customer at the end. #DWR #london #Siegenia #SI #SIdoors
