This Client had already had a contractor come in and try to replace what is generally quite an easy part to replace. The Schuco flush bolt needed to be replaced and we think the contractor had tried to replace the flush bolt without taking the door off as the inner bolt was hardly threaded into the flush bolt and was dragging on the floor which then bent the rod, we were then called and did the repairs and also one of the hinges was cracked and again needed replacing. Another happy customer.
