Roto Hardware on Aluminium Windows

This one was a little tricky, London block of flats all with a Roto system from the 1990's. All the windows were set up with tilt and turn style hinge set up but only used as open in only (no tilt action), pretty much all the windows that had problem were the same problem either with the folk handle snapping or the bottom butt style hinge (frame portion) had dropped making the windows unsafe to operate. A few gain entries later and alot of windows off with a fix to the bottom butt left a lot of happy customers.
